Supply power

There are different ways to wire the device, depending on the desired connectivity.

The Ethernet connection uses an industrial M12 connector.

Warning

Please note that the Totem is delivered without ethernet cable.

You can ask when you order a cable adapted to your need (the price of the cable varies according to the length). We offer different lengths according to your needs.

Power On Ethernet

The PoE Totem can be powered directly from the network cable thanks to its PoE module. In this mode of operation it is possible to pull only one cable with power and connectivity.

DC Power supply input

In case you don’t have an Ethernet switch supporting PoE you can also power the totem with a DC input. This requires installing a second cable with a DC power supply.

Caution: Incorrect wiring of the equipment or use of a power supply that does not meet the specifications may result in permanent damage to the unit. These damages are not covered by the warranty.```

USB-C Power supply

When the totem is driven directly from a workstation or laptop it is also possible to use a USB-C cable to power and control the equipment.

Warning

The USB-C cable is not included in the package.

It is also possible to only power the Totem via USB-C and use the Ethernet cable without PoE for connectivity.

Mounting

In its original packaging, the equipment is delivered with a wall mount adapter. Please contact us for other mounting options.
